Naruto shippuden 515, 4th ninja war, great ninja alliance

The great villages before the 4TH ninja war was only competing among themselves on who can muster more resources as well as techniques. They were only thinking about their village security and safety. Some of the great village even hired mercenaries groups (Akatsuki) to fight for their war. But now that the tide is turning back on them and the Akatsuki’s target is to capture all of the Jinchuuriki host in the great villages. They are now planning  for themselves to stop or even eliminate their enemy by uniting each great villages ninja forces into one…So with the help of the Land of Iron Lord Mifune they sign a pact that will leave a place in the ninja world history…THE GREAT NINJA ALLIANCE
